Sabrina Monsur is a Medical Content Writer at Shohay Health, where she leverages her medical knowledge and dedication to public health to produce accurate and accessible content for users. An alumnus of Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh’s leading medical school, Sabrina brings a strong educational foundation to her role.
Beyond her work at Shohay Health, Sabrina serves as the Vice President of IFMSA Bangladesh, an organization focused on empowering medical students and promoting research, public health, reproductive health, and professional exchange. She has been involved in organizing major events such as the South East Asian Regional Medical Education Conference and the Bangladesh International Medical Students Scientific Congress.
Sabrina has consistently demonstrated her academic and extracurricular excellence, being a National Winner of Essay Competitions multiple times and receiving prizes from the late President. She was also a Champion in a creative writing competition by UNDP Bangladesh, a National Winner at the Debate Competition in 2012, and a Divisional Level Winner of Physics and Earth Olympiads.
Her commitment to public health extends beyond academics, as she has collaborated with organizations such as the Bangladesh Doctors Foundation, Jyoti, and Medicine Club. In recognition of her contributions during the pandemic, she received the Inspiring Women Volunteer Award 2021 from UNV Bangladesh. Moreover, Sabrina has conducted training sessions on reproductive health and assisted in health camps for flood victims. Her dedication to improving healthcare and serving her community makes Sabrina an invaluable asset to the Shohay Health team.
