- Request Deletion through the App: To delete your data, log in to the Shohay Pregnancy App and navigate to the ‘My Account’ page.
- Initiate the Deletion Process: On the ‘My Account’ page, you will find an option to ‘Delete My Account.’ Selecting this option will initiate the process of deleting your account and associated data.
- Confirmation of Deletion Request: After you request account deletion, you will receive a confirmation prompt within the app to ensure that the request is intentional.
- Processing Your Request: Upon confirmation, your request will be processed. We will delete all your personal data from our systems within 30 days of the request.
- Acknowledgment of Request Completion: You will receive an email notification confirming that your data has been deleted upon completion of the process.
Exceptions and Limitations: In certain cases, we may retain some data for specific legal or regulatory purposes. If such a situation arises, we will inform you about the data that cannot be deleted and the reasons for its retention.
